Hours: Approximately 2030 hours per week
Schedule: Days will vary
Shift: 3:00 PM11:00 PM
Weekends & Holidays: May be required

Position Summary

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Cleaners to join our team at a busy outdoor shopping mall.

Cleaners are responsible for maintaining clean safe and presentable areas throughout the property. This role includes both exterior and interior cleaning duties including restrooms floors outdoor areas and common areas.

This is an active position that requires employees to spend time working outdoors. Candidates must be comfortable working in a variety of weather conditions throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties throughout the property.
• Clean exterior areas sidewalks and common areas.
• Clean and maintain restrooms.
• Sweep mop and maintain floors.
• Dust and wipe surfaces.
• Disinfect high-touch areas and surfaces.
• Remove garbage and debris.
• Clean entrances walkways and other assigned areas.
• Assist with outdoor cleaning and general property maintenance duties.
• Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and correctly.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and standards.
• Identify and report safety hazards or maintenance concerns.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for visitors tenants and employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Work Environment

This position supports an outdoor shopping mall and employees may be required to work both inside and outside throughout their shift.

Outdoor duties may include cleaning:

• Parking lots
• Sidewalks and walkways
• Exterior entrances
• Stairs
• Elevator areas
• Compactor areas
• Other exterior common areas

Employees must be comfortable working in varying weather conditions including heat rain wind cold and snow.

Qualifications :

• 6 months1 year of janitorial or commercial cleaning experience preferred.
• General knowledge of janitorial cleaning practices.
• Ability to use basic cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays when required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to bend reach push and pull.
• Ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Ability to perform repetitive cleaning tasks.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to remain active throughout the shift.
