Class A CDL Specialized ATV Driver

Job Type: Full-time Over-the-Road (OTR)

Salary: $90000 - $100000 per year ($1902 expected weekly average)

Sign-On Bonus: $6000 Orientation & Retention Bonus

Are you a professional Class A CDL driver who enjoys dynamic work great miles and top-tier earning potential Koch Trucking is hiring solo drivers for our dedicated Moto Division. In this role you will haul specialized ATVs on round-trip routes with predictable weekly miles and excellent auxiliary pay for securement and ramp unloading.

We believe in pay transparency. Your earnings are a combination of strong mileage pay and reliable activity pay:

• Base Pay: $0.58 to $0.60 per mile (Based on experience)
• Weekly Mileage: 2400 to 2700 miles per week
• Securement Pay: $96 per load ($12 per ATV x 8 ATVs)
• Ramp/Ranger Pay: $75 per load
• Weekly Freight Volume: 2 loads per week (with 24 stops per load)

• 2600 Miles @ $0.60/mile $1560
• Ramp Pay (2 Loads) $150
• Securement Pay (2 Loads) $192
• Total Weekly Gross: $1902/week
• Expected Annual Income: $90000 $100000

• $1000 on your 1st dispatch
• $2500 at 6 months of service
• $2500 at 12 months of service

• Home Time: 14 to 21 days out one day of home time for every week out.
• Route Type: Consistent round-trip freight.

To maintain our industry-leading safety standards applicants must meet the following criteria:

• License: Must possess a valid Class A Commercial Drivers License (CDL-A).
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer experience within the past 5 years (must be verified through a registered motor carrier).
• Physical Capabilities: Willingness and ability to handle physical components of the job including securing ATVs and using ramps for delivery.
• Strong commitment to safety cargo security and punctual delivery schedules.
