Revit ArchiCAD Civil Engineering Structural Engineering BIM Tools BIM Modeling IFC 2x3/IFC4 Technical Documentation Design Coordination Engineering Standards

We are seeking experienced Civil/Structural Engineers to support an AI training project focused on BIM modeling engineering documentation and design evaluation. You will apply your professional expertise to create review and assess civil and structural design content.

• Create and review civil and structural drawings using Revit or ArchiCAD.
• Develop and manage accurate BIM models for complex projects.
• Export and validate IFC files for geometry classification and interoperability.
• Apply relevant engineering standards and building codes.
• Identify constructability issues and provide technical recommendations.
• Evaluate BIM workflows and provide structured technical feedback.
• Document design decisions and technical requirements clearly.

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Structural Engineering or Architecture.
• 5 years of professional experience in civil/structural design and drawing production.
• 3 years of hands-on BIM experience with Revit ArchiCAD or BlenderBIM.
• Experience with IFC export/validation and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Knowledge of Eurocode ACI ASCE IS or BS standards.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Professional licensing or experience with ETABS SAP2000 Tekla Navisworks Solibri or BIM scripting is a plus.
