Civil Project Manager

An outstanding full-time opening has become available in the Metairie LA area for an individual with 7-10 years of Civil Project Management experience. This is a high-profile project for the state of Louisiana. This position would earn a lucrative base salary and provide a great benefits package that includes: full medical benefits generous PTO and other outstanding perks.

Responsibilities:

• Implement project management system framework
• Manage the timely delivery of obligations
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports regarding any design and construction
• Manage the maintenance and rehabilitation budgets to achieve optimal financial outcomes
• Project manage all deliverables and milestones including tracking of risks throughout the project lifecycle

All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration:

• Please DO NOT APPLY unless you have 7-10 years of working Project Management experience with large-scale projects
• Have previous Heavy / Civil construction experience
• Public Private Partnerships (P3) or Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) project experience highly preferred
• A bachelors degree in engineering business / commerce or construction management is strongly preferred (or equivalent years of work experience is acceptable as well)
• Experience using SharePoint and a scheduling or project management software is an asset
