Civil Laborer

Job Summary:

The Carpenter Laborer supports carpentry crews by performing a variety of tasks involving physical labor on construction sites. This includes preparing job sites handling materialsassistingwith carpentry work and ensuring tools and equipment are ready for use. This role requires strength reliability and a willingness to learn the carpentry trade in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is dependable safety-conscious and eager to grow within the construction field.

What you will do...

• Assistcarpenters with measuring cutting and assembling materials such as wood and plywood.

• Load and unload materials tools and equipment on job sites.

• Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and hazards.

• Support the setup and dismantling of temporary structures such as scaffolding and barricades.

• Use hand and power tools to perform basic carpentry tasks under supervision.

• Carry and position lumber and other building materials for framing and formwork.

• Maintain a clean safe and organized work environment.

• Follow all safety guidelines and wearappropriate personalprotective equipment (PPE).

• Report any unsafe conditions or damaged tools and materials to supervisors.

• Perform other general labor tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in construction or general labor preferred.

• Familiarity with basic hand and power tools.

• Ability tolift upto 50lbsand perform physically demanding work.

• Willingness to follow instructions and learn carpentry techniques.

• Strong work ethic and punctuality.

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• Team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to grow.
