Hatch is seeking a Civil Field Engineer to join a high-performing engineering team delivering complex industrial infrastructure projects. As a Civil Field Engineer youll play a critical role working at the intersection of design field execution and client collaboration.

What Youll Do

• Lead and contribute to the design and execution of facilities such as service roads yard piping and drainage and supporting infrastructure
• Translate engineering concepts into buildable designs specifications and construction documents
• Partner with Project Managers to drive project deliveryon time on budget and to the highest quality standards
• Analyze site data (survey reports maps geotechnical inputs) to inform design decisions and mitigate risk
• Perform process calculations (flows loadings system performance) critical to system design
• Serve as a technical point of contact for internal teams clients and field personnel
• Oversee and coordinate subconsultants and multidisciplinary teams
• Conduct design reviews and ensure alignment across engineering disciplines
• Support field inspections QA/QC programs and construction activities
• Identify opportunities to improve system performance reliability and cost efficiency
• Contribute to proposals and help win exciting new projects

What You Bring

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering
• 5 years of experience in site clearing grubbing grading and site establishment
• Strong knowledge of engineering codes standards and QA/QC practices
• Proficiency with CAD tools
• Ability to interface with clients crews and internal teams
• Experience mentoring or junior engineers

Salary: $110000 - $130000
