Location:Cleveland OH. This is a fully on-site opportunity ideal for paralegals who enjoy working closely with attorneys collaborating with colleagues and being an essential part of an active litigation team.

Note:Candidates must have 3 years of civil defense litigation experience. Experience reviewing and organizing medical records is preferred but not required.

Job Description

• Support attorneys throughout all phases of civil defense litigation from initial case preparation through resolution.
• Draft prepare and organize pleadings discovery documents correspondence and litigation materials.
• Coordinate depositions hearings and other litigation-related activities.
• Assist with discovery responses document production and case file management.
• Review summarize and organize medical records and other case-related documentation as needed.
• Prepare trial materials exhibits witness files and supporting documentation.
• Track case deadlines maintain accurate records and help ensure litigation matters move forward efficiently.
• Communicate professionally with attorneys clients and other parties involved in litigation.

Qualifications

• 3 years of hands-on civil defense litigation experience.
• Strong understanding of civil litigation procedures discovery and case preparation.
• Experience preparing litigation documents and supporting attorneys throughout the litigation process.
• Excellent organizational communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases priorities and deadlines accurately.
• Comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative legal team.
• Medical record review experience is a plus not a requirement.
