Civil Construction Manager

An outstanding full-time opening has become available in the San Jose CA area for a local individual with 3 years experience as a Civil Construction Manager with a background in Wastewater/Water Treatment facility projects. All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration

• Please DO NOT APPLY unless you have 5 years of Construction Management experience with large Civil/Wastewater/Water Treatment facility projects.

• Experience with Construction Administration duties including directing and supervising field construction activities monitoring project plans/specs in tandem with project budget and schedule responding to RFIs Submittals Contractor scheduling Close-Out Documentation etc. is a MUST

• Experience serving as owner representative overseeing and communicating project progress coordinating daily construction management and interacting with clients designers contractors inspectors and regulatory agencies is a MUST

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or related is a MUST
• California Professional Engineer (P.E.) License or Certified Construction Manager (C.C.M.) is a MUST
