Job Description
Department: C.I.& ProcessManager
Salary Range:$106700-$178000
Reports to: PlantManager
Position Summary
The Continuous Improvement Manager leads plant-wide initiatives to improve safety quality delivery productivity and cost performance through Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma and operational excellence principles.
Key Responsibilities
Lead continuous improvement strategy and roadmap for the plant.
Facilitate Kaizen events value stream mapping and waste reduction initiatives.
DriveKPIimprovements in safety quality delivery inventory and cost.
Coach leaders and employees on Lean and problem-solving methodologies.
Identify and implement process improvements that increase productivity and reduce operating costs.
Develop standard work and sustainment processes to ensure long-term results.
Partner with Operations Quality Engineering Supply Chain and HR teams.
Monitor project progress and communicate results to leadership.
ODS update.
Implement process change supported by Material launch OPSMaintenance.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in engineering Operations Business or related field.
5 years of manufacturing and continuous improvement experience.
Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma certification preferred.
Strong project management facilitation and leadership skills.
Excellent analytical communicationchangemanagement abilities.
