We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our leadership team in Raleigh North Carolina. This is a unique opportunity for an operational leader who thrives on building high-performing teams driving accountability and creating scalable systems that support sustainable growth. (Law firm experience preferred)

As COO you will work directly with the CEO and executive leadership to oversee the firms daily operations improve organizational performance and ensure every department is aligned with our mission of delivering exceptional legal services.

What Youll Do

• Lead the firms day-to-day operations across multiple departments.

• Develop and implement operational strategies that support continued growth.

• Establish and monitor KPIs dashboards and accountability systems across the organization.

• Build mentor and develop department leaders to maximize performance.

• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement scalable process improvements.

• Oversee cross-functional collaboration between Legal Operations HR Intake Marketing Finance Client Relations and Administration.

• Drive strategic initiatives from planning through execution.

• Improve client experience by optimizing internal workflows and operational excellence.

• Partner with the CEO to execute the firms long-term vision and strategic objectives.

• Foster a culture centered around accountability continuous improvement innovation and servant leadership.

• Bachelors degree required; MBA or other advanced business degree preferred.

• Law firm experience preferred.

• Minimum of 5-8 years of leadership experience in operations business management or executive leadership.

• Experience leading multi-department organizations with 100 employees strongly preferred.

• Proven success scaling operations and managing organizational growth.

• Strong financial and operational acumen including budgeting forecasting and performance management.

• Experience implementing KPIs SOPs process improvement initiatives and operational metrics.

• Excellent leadership coaching and people management skills.

• Experience with legal services professional services or other client-service organizations is highly preferred.

• Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus.
