Our client is a venture-backed manufacturing startup building advanced automated production facilities in the U.S. They are hiring their first Chief Machine Development Engineer to own the development and industrialization of in-house production machinery from concept and prototype through high-volume production. This is a hands-on technical and people leadership role.
