What Youll Be Doing:

• Lead all maintenance operations HVAC plumbing electrical pool systems and general repairs across the property.
• Work hands-on Youre not stuck in an office. Youll be on the move diagnosing and fixing issues daily.
• Manage a team Train supervise and support maintenance staff to keep quality and safety top-notch.
• Stay ahead of issues Perform regular inspections preventive maintenance and keep detailed records.
• Coordinate with leadership Work closely with the GM and department heads to support hotel operations and guest satisfaction.
• Handle vendors and compliance From service calls to safety codes youll make sure everythings up to standard.

Youre the Right Fit If You:

• Have 3 years of hotel/hospitality maintenance experience with leadership responsibilities
• Know your way around HVAC plumbing electrical and general building systems
• Are comfortable managing vendors and inspections and staying compliant with codes
• Can lead a team and stay calm under pressureeven during the occasional surprise
• Are physically able to lift climb crouch and move around the property with ease
• Are available for on-call duties and emergencies when needed

• 35 years of hands-on experience in hotel engineering building maintenance or civil engineeringyou know your way around complex systems

• 23 years of proven leadership or management experienceyouve led teams and gotten results

• Exceptional follow-throughyoure organized efficient and great at managing your time

• Deep knowledge of building systems including mechanical electrical plumbing HVAC and fire safetyyoure the go-to problem-solver

• Able to secure and maintain any required licenses certificates or permits to perform your role effectively

• A Bachelor of Science or college degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering

• Certifications in property maintenance or engineering such as:

  • Certified Chief Engineer (CCE) National Association of Hotel & Lodging Engineers

  • Certified Maintenance Employee (CME) AHLEI

  • Certified Pool & Spa Operator (CPO) License

  • HVAC License

• Expertise in electrical and hydraulic systemsyouve mastered the technical side

• Experience leading engineering teams in hotel or large-facility settingsyou know how to keep operations smooth

• Strong familiarity with local building codes safety guidelines and environmental regulations
