We are an in-office company and our expectation is that full-time employees primarily work from their Applied Intuition office 5 days a week. However we also recognize the importance of flexibility and trust our employees to manage their schedules responsibly. This may include occasional remote work starting the day with morning meetings from home before heading to the office or leaving earlier when needed to accommodate family commitments. About the Role
We are looking for highly ambitious engineers with a passion for driving customer success at the highest levels. This is not a typical engineering role; its a unique opportunity to operate at the intersection of groundbreaking technology and critical customer impact in the mining industry. You will own the outcome of our most strategic site-operator engagements and be the single accountable owner for shipping autonomous hauling systems (AHS) to production and sustaining it in the field directly accelerating the industrys adoption of safe software-centric AI-driven machines globally.

At Applied Intuition you will

• Own end-to-end leadership for Applieds AHS delivery across strategic site operators

• Develop and run a New Product Introduction (NPI) process with clear gateways for internal execution from initial production through every subsequent field release

• Own regular SteerCos with site operators build the presentation material run the meetings and get sign-off on what was delivered

• Align workstream leads across Engineering Finance Quality Product Support Procurement and Legal on the goals for each gateway and hold them accountable to execute.

• Cultivate executive-level connections with site operators becoming a trusted advisor through production and beyond

• Identify the signal in the noise. Ensure the right work is done at the right time to the highest standard of quality every gateway every release

Were looking for someone who has:

• 5 years leading complex cross-functional technical programs in automotive industrial or robotics domains

• Prior experience running or building a formal NPI / gated development process

• Experience owning delivery to an external customer at production scale

• Strong communication skills and a track record of driving alignment across engineering quality and business functions

Nice to have

• Prior experience in mining construction ports or industrial site operations

• Prior work in autonomous vehicle or robotics development

• Prior experience running steering committees or executive-level program reviews
