Job Summary
- Define new product QA requirements to ensure product quality and performance
- Responsible for transferring new products/technologies to production.
- Supervise pilot runs.
- Use DOE DFMEA to facilitate transfer of new products into production
- Manages product maintenance process independently
- Attend technical presentations from raw material suppliers
- Obtain and interpret customer product specification and test methods
- Gain material approval from customers specifications testing
- Write technical reports independently
- Lead IATF 16949 Audit for the R&D team
- Understand equipment manuals and is able to use equipment to its capabilities
Qualifications :
- College degree in general sciences
- Minimum of 2 years experiences in thermoplastics thermosets in automotive OEM market.
- Good oral communication and technical writing skill.
- Good computer skills in Microsoft Word Excel Power Point or equivalent
- Experience in DOE Design FMEA and other quality programs
