Chemist

• Define new product QA requirements to ensure product quality and performance
• Responsible for transferring new products/technologies to production.
• Supervise pilot runs.
• Use DOE DFMEA to facilitate transfer of new products into production
• Manages product maintenance process independently
• Attend technical presentations from raw material suppliers
• Obtain and interpret customer product specification and test methods
• Gain material approval from customers specifications testing
• Write technical reports independently
• Lead IATF 16949 Audit for the R&D team
• Understand equipment manuals and is able to use equipment to its capabilities

Qualifications :

• College degree in general sciences
• Minimum of 2 years experiences in thermoplastics thermosets in automotive OEM market.
• Good oral communication and technical writing skill.
• Good computer skills in Microsoft Word Excel Power Point or equivalent
• Experience in DOE Design FMEA and other quality programs
