The Chemical Operator is responsible for performing duties within the Emulsions/Biocide Department to produce high-quality products in sufficient quantities while following company policies procedures and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate reactors mixing tanks and holding tanks in the production of emulsions and biocide products.
- Follow all safety procedures including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe handling of chemicals.
- Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment as required.
- Package finished products and prepare materials for shipment.
- Support raw material unloading inventory control warehouse operations and product shipment activities within the plant.
- Complete production documentation process paperwork and execute SAP transactions accurately and timely.
- Maintain compliance with quality safety environmental and operational requirements.
- Perform housekeeping and other duties as assigned to support department and plant operations.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment and around chemicals.
- Ability to operate or learn to operate forklifts and production equipment.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn SAP transactions.
- Ability to lift move and handle materials as required for the position.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing chemical processing warehouse or production experience.
- Experience with SAP or other inventory/production management systems.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $52740.00 and $77352.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills experience and other factors permitted by law.Required Experience:
