WHAT YOU WILL DO:

As Chef for EWTNs Irondale campus you will oversee daily dining operations and ensure a high-quality experience for guests and staff. This hands-on role includes menu planning food preparation purchasing and ordering supplies inventory management and maintaining smooth kitchen operations. You will be responsible for ensuring meals are prepared safely served efficiently and consistently meet high standards for quality and addition you will monitor food costs maintain compliance with food safety and sanitation requirements support part-time staff as needed and continually seek opportunities to enhance the overall dining experience through collaboration and guest feedback.

ABOUT YOU:

You bring at least five years of experience in food service kitchen leadership or a related field along with a genuine passion for creating great food and serving others. You possess strong organizational communication and customer service skills and have experience managing kitchen operations purchasing inventory and food safety practices. You are dependable adaptable and capable of balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. You value relationship-building and work well with guests employees and cross-functional teams. Knowledge of the Catholic faith and support for EWTNs mission are preferred.
