What youll do:

The Chaplain Resident will provide compassionate emotional and spiritual care to patients families and staff as part of a 24/7 chaplaincy service. Participates in a dual-accredited Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) program to develop pastoral care competencies engaging in supervision peer learning and ongoing professional development. Conducts pastoral assessments responds to referrals in a timely manner documents care accurately and collaborates with interdisciplinary care teams. Supports departmental activities on-call coverage and scheduling while demonstrating organizational values and commitment to continuous learning and spiritual care excellence.

Compensation:

Pay Range:$21.635
