Colorado Host Home Provider Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Own or rent a safe stable home that meets Colorado Host Home certification standards
• Pass required criminal background checks
• Complete required training and certification prior to providing services
• Be able to provide a supportive healthy and inclusive home environment
