Banking Sector Peoria**

Key Responsibilities
Oversee accounting operations financial reporting and monthend close
Lead budgeting forecasting and financial planning
Manage ALM liquidity capital planning and investment portfolio
Direct call report preparation and certification
Maintain internal controls and compliance with FDIC FFIEC OCC and state regulations
Coordinate external audits and regulatory examinations
Oversee general ledger reconciliations accounts payable fixed assets and payroll accounting
Support strategic planning and executive decision making
Present financial performance to the board and senior leadership
Lead and develop finance and accounting staff

Requirements
Banking finance or accounting leadership experience
Strong knowledge of GAAP and regulatory reporting
Experience with community or regional banks preferred
CPA preferred
Proven ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities
Strong communication and boardlevel presentation skills
