• Provide strategic financial leadership to clients across multiple industries including nonprofit entities.
• Lead development and execution of financial reporting budgeting forecasting and policy compliance.
• Conduct datadriven analysis to identify gaps and growth opportunities; manage investor and donor relations.
• Oversee risk management regulatory alignment and technology integration to improve operations.
• Mentor finance team members and build strong stakeholder relationships.

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration or related field (CPA CMA MBA preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of progressive finance/accounting consulting experience with strong expertise in reporting budgeting and strategic planning.
• Demonstrated knowledge of accounting principles regulatory compliance risk management and technology integration.
• Proven leadership communication and mentorship abilities with experience influencing senior leadership.
• Preferred but not required nonprofit experience; broad industry exposure across multiple sectors.
