We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting in Bangs Texas. Responsibilities

Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist

Support residents with activities of daily living and functional mobility goals

Assist with therapeutic exercises and care plans

Monitor patient progress and report changes to the therapy team

Document treatment activities and patient response accurately

Follow facility standards and safe therapy practices
Requirements

Active Texas COTA license required
-
Minimum 1 year of COTA experience required

Skilled Nursing Facility or Long-Term Care experience preferred

Strong communication and patient care skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a therapy team
