What Youll Do:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Medication Aide (CMA) youll play a hands-on role in improving the lives of our residents by:
- Providing compassionate resident-centered care with dignity and respect.
- Administering medications accurately maintaining precise records and utilizing our electronic health records system (Yardi).
- Working closely with licensed nursing staff to implement resident care plans and follow established protocols.
- Collaborating with a supportive tight-knit team.
- Building positive relationships with residents their families and team members.
What Were Looking For:
- An active state-required CNA and/or CMA certification.
- A heart for helping others and a desire to grow in healthcare.
- A positive team-oriented mindset.
- The ability to assist residents with limited mobility lift/push/pull up to 50lbs.
