Position Title: Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA
Location: N 2665 County Rd QQ King WI 54946
Duration: 12-month assignmentwith possible extension
Pay rate: $21 - 22/hr.
Work Schedule: Full-time and Part-time options available. Typically looking for 40 hours/week every other weekend every other holiday. If CNAs are interested in weekend only positions we may have some limited availability to onboard weekend only staff.

• 1st shift: 05:30 am - 2 pm
• 2nd shift: 01:45 pm - 10:15 pm
• 3rd shifts: 10 pm - 6 am

• At least 1-year of full-time experience as a CNA
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• COVID vaccination
• 2 Step TB. This would be getting the TB test and a read 48-72 hours later and then another TB test within three weeks of the first one with a read 48-72 hours later. This is an intradermal test. OR QuantiFERON TB Gold OR T-spot blood test
