Job Summary
Join our team as a Certified Material Handling Operator and Assembler where your skills in safely operating equipment and assembling products to specification will be highly valued.
This role supports both production and warehouse operations by fabricating and assembling components operating assembly equipment and small machinery interpreting work orders and blueprints inspecting product quality packaging finished goods and kits and meeting daily production goals. Additionally you will ensure materials are safely moved staged and supplied to production areas to maintain an efficient workflow.

Responsibilities
- Fabricate and assemble components according to specifications.
- Operate assembly equipment and small machinery safely and efficiently.
- Interpret work orders and blueprints to ensure accurate assembly.
- Inspect product quality and package finished goods and kits.
- Meet daily production goals consistently.
- Supply raw materials to production areas and transport materials and finished goods throughout the facility.
- Load and organize pallets to support warehouse operations.
- Support inventory activities and maintain accurate material flow between warehouse and manufacturing.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Report equipment issues or product defects promptly.
- Assist other departments as operational needs require.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Minimum of one year of manufacturing experience.
- Ability to safely operate and/or become certified to operate material handling equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends when needed.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform prolonged standing walking bending and repetitive manual tasks throughout the workday.
