What Youll Be Doing
  • Evaluating patients and creating individualized treatment plans
  • Providing outpatient physicaltherapy including upper-extremity and hand conditions
  • Tracking progress and modifying care to maximize outcomes
  • Collaborating with physicians and your care team
  • Completing daily documentation in EMR
  • Contributing to a positive team-driven clinic environment
What You Bring
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from accredited program.
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  • Hand therapy experience and CHT strongly preferred.
  • Previous outpatient experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
