• Series 7 63 or 66 (or the ability toacquirewithin 3 months of assuming the position).

• Three years (Financial Advisor) or five years (Senior Financial Advisor) of advisory experience specifically in advice planning book of business management and relationship management.

• Demonstrated experience managing a book ofbusinesswitha track recordof client satisfaction and loyalty.

• Experience applying trust and estate planning knowledge to help preserveclients wealth.

• In-depth knowledge of financial planning investment strategies and industry regulations.

• A positive and resilient change agent who fosters collaboration as both a peer and business partner.

Special factors:

• This role isdesignatedas remote and must be performed withinFlorida. Employees are expected tomaintaintheir primary work location within theTampa metropolitan area with a preference forresidingwithin a 50-mile radius ofTampa unless otherwise approved by Vanguard. Attendance at periodic in-person meetings team events training sessions or other business-related travel may be.
