The Program
The Presidential Associate (PA) Program is part of the larger CEO Global Presidential Program. It is an intensive 18-month rotational program consisting of three six-month rotations designed for impending graduates of Bachelors degree programs.
This leadership development program integrates customized and diverse professional rotations with continuous development strength-based coaching mentoring group networking opportunities and strategic thinking initiatives to accelerate professional growth. We engage the participants creativity learning agility and innovation to create bespoke experiences that attract develop and retain ELCs next generation of leaders.
Data Analytics Track
The Data Analytics track focuses on the evolving role of data insights and analytics in our consumer growth and marketing strategies. The Data Analytics PA will rotate through various technically challenging roles with a focus on data science data analytics and customer relationship management. These roles will represent a cross section of global and regional perspectives.

Post-Program Placement
Upon successful completion of the program PAs are considered for Assistant Manager-level roles at ELC. This placement is based on existing business needs the PAs evaluations rate of development contribution and previous work experience.

Submission deadline: You must apply by Friday September 25 2026 at 5pm EST for your application to be considered.
The interview process will occur mid-September through November.
Program start date: September 13 2027

Compensation
The anticipated salary for this position is $72000.

Qualifications/Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree with a graduation date between December 2026 and August 2027 (or advanced degree with up to one year of full-time non-internship work experience)
Relevant Data Analytics-related internship or work experience. Experience with Python R and SQL preferred.
Demonstrated record of achievement as well as strong interpersonal skills and leadership skills
Global exposure/study abroad is a plus
Ability to relocate to New York City
