Vitalis Security combines intelligent video analytics access control environmental management and monitored alarms into a single easy to use platform. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated CentralSecurity Managerto join our dynamic team.
Shift: rotating evening/overnight shifts (4pm-11pm; 11pm-8am).
What You Will Do:
- Lead schedule and mentor a team of SOC analysts.
- Oversees daily SOC operations ensuring 24/7 monitoring coverage and adherence to response times.
- Develops implements and maintains policies procedures and escalation protocols.
- Conduct ongoing training quality assurance reviews and performance evaluations for SOC staff.
- Monitor performance metrics and produce regular operational reports for senior leadership.
- Lead investigation of security incidents ensuring thorough documentation root cause analysis and timely resolution.
- Manage vendor and platform relationships relevant to monitoring and security operations.
- Develop and deliver customer analytic packages providing clients with actionable insights into alarm activity response trends and system performance.
- Serve as a senior technical resource for customer escalation involving platform integrations camera systems and alarm monitoring.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues across multiple platforms.
- Troubleshoot camera system connectivity configuration and video quality issues.

What You Will Need:
- Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Three years of experience in a Security Operations Center (SOC).
- Two years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Demonstrated technical troubleshooting skills with alarm/video system integrations and IP camera systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
- Professional certifications such as CPP CSSA PSP or relevant certification in security operations and surveillance are a plus.
