AIMS Companies is growing and looking for skilled CDL Operators to join our Hydro Excavation & Industrial Services team. If you have experience operating hydro vac trucks vacuum equipment or construction machinery - we want to talk to you.

Pay: $28/hr (Pay is competitive and based on experience)

What Youll Do

• Operate hydro excavation trucks for potholing trenching tunneling daylighting and utility locating
• Manage high pressure water systems (up to 3000 PSI)
• Perform vacuum excavation and cleaning tasks safely and efficiently
• Complete service tickets paperwork and digital records
• Follow all OSHA DOT and company safety procedures
• Work as part of a 2 person crew with strong communication
• Travel to job sites during the week; occasional overnight stays depending on project needs

Minimum Requirements

• Class A or B CDL with Tanker Endorsement
• Ability to operate required equipment
• 21 years old
• Able to communicate in English (verbal & written)
• Pass pre employment drug screen & background check
• CPR & First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hydro excavation or vacuum truck experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Problem solving and decision making ability

Work Environment

• Outdoor work in all weather conditions
• Exposure to heat cold rain chemicals and job site hazards
• Must be able to wear PPE (hard hat safety glasses etc.)
• Physical activity including standing bending climbing and lifting
• Occasional overnight travel depending on project location
