Job Description

We are currently hiring experienced Class A CDL drivers residing across Washington State for our Northwest regional fleet. This position offers consistent mileage predictable weekly home time and steady 100% no-touch dry van freight. Pay & Compensation
  • Weekly Earnings: $1130 $1500 average weekly pay
  • Mileage Pay: Competitive rates paid on all miles (loaded and empty)
  • Supplemental Pay: Detention and breakdown pay at $20.00 per hour
  • Onboarding: Paid orientation program included
  • Classification: Full-time W2 position with steady year-round freight volume
Schedule & Home Time
  • Home Time: Home weekly for your reset period
  • Operating Area: Regional routes running throughout the Northwestern states leveraging a well-established regional lane network
  • Consistency: Predictable dispatch steady workload and reliable fleet support
Job Details & Equipment
  • Freight Type: Dry van 100% no-touch freight
  • Operation: High-efficiency drop-and-hook loads within an established freight network
  • Equipment: Latest model Kenworth Freightliner and International tractors

Minimum Requirements
  • License: Valid Class A Commercial Drivers License (CDL)
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 months of verifiable Class A CDL tractor-trailer driving experience
  • Safety & Background: Must meet standard Department of Transportation (DOT) safety background and drug/alcohol screening requirements
