Extra Pay
detention pay after 2 hours / multi-stop pay / layover pay after 24 hours / TONU pay
Annual $0.01 CPM increase when safety requirements are met

Requirements
1 year tractor-trailer experience within the last 5 yr
Must have driven at least 6 months within the previous 24 months
Local tractor-trailer in a T/T
Moving Violations no more than 4 in the past 3 yrs
