About Us We specialize in the design installation service and maintenance of commercial and industrial projects. As a design-build leader our team has constructed and maintained mechanical systems for a wide variety of high-profile clients including hospitals data centers manufacturers hotels universities office buildings and more. Job Summary The Human Resources Administrator supports the overall HR function and partners across the organization to deliver practical solutions aligned with business needs. This position reports to the Director of Human Resources. This role supports employee relations talent acquisition performance benefits compliance reporting and payroll while helping create a positive employee experience. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Support the overall HR function and collaborate with Operations Payroll Finance Safety and other business partners. Build positive employee relationships and promote CCIs culture and a safe healthy and inclusive workplace. Coordinate performance management employee development and related initiatives. Support benefits and leave administration employee training initiatives and workplace programs. Coordinate full-cycle recruiting and onboarding and maintain relationships with schools and community talent partners. Advise managers and employees on workplace matters and policy interpretation. Monitor labor-market and compensation trends and recommend improvements to HR and recruiting programs. Maintain HR metrics and reports and support compliance with employment laws policies and required filings. Provide backup payroll support respond to pay inquiries maintain employee data in the COINS ERP and assist with wage records and manual checks. Perform other duties and support HR initiatives as assigned. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field or equivalent experience preferred. Minimum of three years of HR or labor relations experience; construction manufacturing union and payroll experience preferred. Knowledge of employment labor and benefits laws and regulations; PHR or SPHR certification preferred. Strong interpersonal communication conflict-resolution analytical and organizational skills. Results-oriented with strong attention to detail and the ability to engage stakeholders and translate needs into action.
