Heres What You Need
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business or related field OR 4 Years Relevant experience in lieu of a degree (Required)
2 years Application support experience preferably in a hospital environment. (Required)
CBORD experience (Preferred)
Point of Sale experience (Highly Preferred)
What You Will Do
Provides day to day systems/application administration and support to assigned departments clinics and/or entities onsite and virtually. Independently works on problems of moderate to high complexity. Coordinates with internal and external technical partners as needed.
Delivers application using deployment systems oversees upgrades and enhancements and coordinates interfaces of applications.
Complies with security ITIL and ITS standards. Coordinates new user applications training for assigned departments clinics and/or entities.
Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of multiple systems/applications and their integration and business needs and processes.
May serve as a mentor for less experienced staff. Participates in special projects and/or performs other duties as assigned.

Work location: Texas Health Dallas 8200 Walnut Hill Ln Dallas TX 75231
Work hours: Full Time Days (Monday Friday 8:00am-5:00pm) for 40 hrs/week.
