Catering Manager University Campus

Experienced Catering Manager to lead catering events concessions and conference center operations at a university campus.

What youll do

• Lead catering operations from client events to campus deliveries transportation equipment logistics and the vehicle fleet
• Oversee arts center events and concessions including the Concessions Supervisor
• Manage the conference center: event bookings tours and onsite event support
• Develop menus and manage costing to balance quality and profitability
• Recruit train coach and lead supervisors and frontline staff
• Grow training programs for servers cashiers utility and chefs
• Enforce standards for HACCP NSF sanitation safety checklists uniforms and pest control
• Resolve guest issues and build strong client relationships
• Run weekly huddles and support safety customer service and ambassador programs

What you bring

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
• 3 years of management and 3 years in catering or events
• Catering knowledge plus menu development costing and data analysis
• HACCP and NSF knowledge (ServSafe Manager a plus)
• Strong client service and team leadership skills
• Availability for events including evenings and weekends
