Job Profile Summary

RSM is seeking highly motivated interns to help design organize and enhance the Catamaran Hub RSMs next-generation managed services experience. The intern will work alongside business leaders managed services professionals and digital transformation teams to help build a unified destination that supports business growth client delivery knowledge management AI-enabled experiences and operational excellence.

This role is ideal for students interested in business analysis digital transformation user experience knowledge management AI consulting managed services or product management.

Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Business Information Systems Computer Science Data Analytics Psychology Communications or a related field.
• Sophomore or Junior standing preferred.
• Demonstrated interest in technology digital transformation business operations consulting product management or artificial intelligence.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel PowerPoint Word Co-Pilot Co-Pilot studio pro-code and Teams.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
