BHP III Team LeadLocation: Spark Clubhouse 310 Williams St. Waycross Closing date: Open until filledHourly Rate: $20.00 5% stipend for team lead dutiesJob Description: Responsible for working with children and adolescents with mental health and substance abuse diagnoses in schools community setting and home environments. Staff will also be responsible for working with youth families and collaborating with school staff for early intervention and promoting positive behaviors in a variety of settings. Supervises case management Responsibilities: Will work 40 hours per week Monday through Friday. May be scheduled for occasional : Knowledge of diagnostic impressions or criteria. Knowledge of how client advocacy system operates. Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques. Knowledge of individual and group therapy techniques. Knowledge of various therapeutic models and intervention as directly related to area of assignment. Demonstrate advanced clinical skills. Proficient in the operation of a Minimum Qualifications: Must be at least 21 years old to apply. Must possess a valid drivers license and have a clean driving record with less than 6 points. Three years social service experience. Associates degree in a social services related field (i.e. Psychology Social Work etc).
