Pay:$24.00/hour
Nature of Work:
The Case Manager is responsible for the provision of case management services to children through adults involved in mental health substance/alcohol abuse and/or the legal system. All work will be carried out in accordance with well-established protocols for the delivery of case management services.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Candidates will be required to have a Bachelors degree preferred in Social Work Psychology or a related Human Service field.
- Experience in working within a multidisciplinary team.
- Must meet the requirements of the Mental Health Regulations regarding a State Central Register Clearance regarding history of abuse / maltreatment of children. Must meet insurability guidelines and pass Motor Vehicle Record clearance.
