About The Role

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented CAS Associate to join our Client Accounting Services team. This is a salaried full-time in-office or hybrid position where you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional financial and accounting solutions to our clients. CAS Associate - Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients to manage their day-to-day accounting and financial needs.
• Perform full-cycle bookkeeping including managing accounts payable accounts receivable payroll and general ledger reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial statements and reports for clients.
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records for assigned client accounts.
• Perform payroll processing ensuring accuracy in hours worked tax withholdings and deductions.
• Assist in developing and applying accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve timely and efficient completion of client projects.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Participate in process improvements to support operational efficiency within the department.

CAS Associate - Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Accounting.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks Excel or other similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and financial reporting standards.
• Excellent organizational skills with acute attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• 1 - 3 years of previous experience in client accounting services bookkeeping or a related field is preferred.
