Job Overview:

Our client is looking to hire experienced Carpenters to support their Field Operations team in delivering top-tier restoration repair and construction services. This full-time hands-on role focuses on structural and finish carpentry within residential and commercial properties impacted by water mold and fire damage. The ideal candidate brings a passion for quality craftsmanship attention to detail and the ability to restore damaged spaces with precision and pride.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform finish and structural carpentry
  • Repair / Install new drywall flooring baseboards trim cabinets doors etc.
  • Safely operate hand and power tools and vehicles
  • Measure cut and assemble wood tile and other materials with precision
  • Various structural repairs / installations as needed
  • Work closely with project manager construction and/or mitigation crews
  • Maintain a clean organized and safe job site
  • Accurately document completed work and materials used
  • Communicate with home and business owners in person

Qualifications:

  • 3 years experience in carpentry construction or handyman work
  • Experience in trades: Carpentry Plumbing Electrical HVAC Drywall/Paint
  • Ability to read and follow scopes of work and project instructions
  • Proficiency with hand tools power tools and basic construction techniques
  • Excellent craftsmanship and strong attention to detail
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform labor-intensive tasks
  • Strong work ethic and dependability
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Valid drivers license with clean driving record
