Position Summary
A SIGN -ON BONUS OF $4081 IS AVAILABLE FOR THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT OF THIS POSITION PAID IN 2 INSTALLMENTS WITHIN 12 MONTHS OF HIRE : $2040.50 WITHIN 30 DAYS OF HIRE DATE & $2040.50 12 MONTHS AFTER HIRE DATE . Perform duties and responsibilities associated with the carpentry/construction trades including but not limited to proper and safe use and operation of associated powered or hand tools of the trade; general maintenance repair replacement fabrication installation and alteration of structures; reading and interpreting construction blueprints and detailed job descriptions; creating materials take-off lists and completing purchase requisitions for materials; completing requisitions for other purchases (i.e. tools and tool accessories as necessary;) planning problem-solving and reporting any issues to immediate supervisor. * Must possess a valid North Carolina Drivers License or ability to obtain one prior to start date.
