Were looking for a compassionate dependable Caregiver to join our team and deliver the kind of care that makes a real difference in someones this role youll work directly with clients in their homes supporting their daily routines preserving their independence and giving their families peace of mind. Success here looks like a client who feels safe respected and genuinely cared for.

• Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing grooming dressing and toileting
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Support light housekeeping tasks such as laundry dishes and tidying living areas
• Transport clients to appointments errands and social activities
• Monitor and document changes in client condition and communicate concerns to the care team
• Follow individualized care plans and adapt to each clients needs and preferences

• Prior experience in caregiving home health or a related healthcare setting preferred
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification a plus not required
• Valid Florida drivers license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to person-centered care
• Comfortable working independently in a clients home environment
