• Support Daily Living: Assist residents with dressing bathing meals and other personal needs.

• Promote Independence: Encourage residents to remain active and involved in their daily routines.

• Provide Personalized Care: Offer patient compassionate support that honors each residents unique needs preferences and abilities.

• Monitor Well-Being: Watch for changes in residents conditions and report concerns promptly.

• Build Connections: Develop meaningful relationships with residents families and team members.

• Create Joy: Engage residents in activities conversations and moments that make each day special.

• Protect Dignity: Provide dependable support with patience respect and compassion.

• Experience: Previous caregiving or memory care experience is helpful but not required. We provide training!
