Positions Available:

• DAY SHIFT 7:00a-3:00p
  • PT / PRN combinations of:
    • Every Wednesday / Every Saturday
    • Every other Sunday
    • Every other Monday

• PM SHIFT: 3:00p 11:00p
  • FT: Sunday through Wednesday
  • PRN: every other Saturday.

SIGN ON BONUS:

Full-Time $500

Part-Time $250

Position Overview

This position does not require a nursing certificate and is ideal for individuals beginning a caregiving career. The position provides personal care services assistance and support while ensuring resident wellbeing and safety through RN delegation.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing services to each resident according to the resident service plan.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing dressing eating hygiene and mobility.
• Observe and report changes in health safety and well-being of the residents.
• Respond promptly to call signals and resident emergencies assisting with their immediate need or contacting emergency support.
• Support resident mobility by assisting with transfers positioning walking and using mobility aids as needed.
• Assist with serving meals and bussing tables during mealtimes.
• Offer companionship and conversation while encouraging socialization among residents.
• Launder residents clothing linen and towels; fold and return to residents.
• Complete minor housekeeping of residents apartments providing a pleasant home environment.
• Maintain confidentiality of verbal and written information pertaining to residents facility operations and personnel.
• Report on-the-job injuries to the supervisor before the end of the work shift on the day the injury occurs.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education Experience and Other Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Knowledge of Basic First Aid
