As a Care Support Worker youll provide practical emotional and personal care support to residents helping them work towards their goals and maintain their wellbeing.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering person-centred care and support.
- Supporting residents with daily living activities and personal care where required.
- Building positive relationships and encouraging independence.
- Supporting residents to access healthcare and other services.
- Monitoring wellbeing and reporting concerns appropriately.
- Maintaining accurate records and supporting risk management.
- Working closely with colleagues and partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes.
About You
Were looking for someone who:
- Has experience supporting vulnerable adults or people with complex needs.
- Is caring resilient and non-judgemental.
- Communicates effectively and works well as part of a team.
- Can remain calm in challenging situations.
- Understands the importance of safeguarding dignity and inclusion.
This role requires flexibility and the postholder will be expectedto work on a rota that includes nights weekends and bank holidays.
