- Perform morning rounds including daily progress notes medication management and ordering appropriate labs and studies.
- Assist in all surgical procedures as first assist including robotic lobectomy CABG TAVR and valve repairs.
- Manage cardiothoracic patients in the ICU step-down and post-operative clinic.
- Conduct patient admissions consultations history and physicals and discharge summaries.
- Provide call coverage including finishing late cases responding to CCU calls and returning for emergency surgeries.
