**Job Title: CAPPS Functional Consultant** **Location:** Austin Texas **Job Description:** We are seeking a CAPPS Functional Consultant to provide highly advanced consultative services and functional assistance to support the CAPPS Program. The successful candidate will: - Act as first-line Level 2 support for complex high-profile agencies with statutory service. - Perform advanced troubleshooting and resolve issues across system configuration data inconsistencies workflows and module-specific problems. - Support integration and interface investigations including interfaces APIs imports/exports and middleware issues. **Qualifications:** - Extensive knowledge and understanding of applicable policies in the State of Texas. - Technical skillsets with App Designer Integration Broker assorted SQR/SQL BI Publisher and SAP Business Objects. - Experience performing system configuration changes and supporting batch jobs. - Knowledge of security best practices NIST standards and multi-tenancy applicability for a statewide ERP instance. ** :** - US Citizenship.
