Canvasser

• Canvass assigned residential territories by knocking doors engaging homeowners creating interest in Culligan solutions and setting qualified in-home appointments for Sales Representatives
• Represent Culligan at community events farmers markets trade shows 5Ks golf outings and other local activities.
• Track weekly activity appointment-setting performance and territory results
• Complete follow-up visits and revisits with homeowners
• Learn the Culligan sales process product knowledge and customer conversation flow
• Maintain a professional positive and resilient attitude in the field

• Base salary: $24000/year
• Modeled earning potential: $75400$95560
• Additional earning potential is based on appointment-setting performance activity levels and advancement opportunity

• Variable field-based schedule
• Approximately 50% of the schedule will be employer-directed based on territory needs events and business priorities
• 1-3 Saturdays per month required
• 2-5 evenings per month required
• Work week can be offset to average approximately 40 hours per week
• Community engagement events are included as part of the role
