- Supervise and engage children in a safe nurturing and fun camp environment.
- Plan and lead age-appropriate activities games crafts and outdoor experiences.
- Support childrens social emotional and physical development through play-based learning.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all campers at all times.
- Communicate positively with families and team members.
- Help maintain a clean organized and welcoming classroom and camp space.
- Foster a positive atmosphere where children can learn explore and make lasting memories.
- Genuine passion for working with and caring for children.
- Previous experience working with children in a camp childcare school recreation or educational setting preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must be reliable energetic and able to work collaboratively with a team.
- Must meet all applicable background screening and state licensing requirements.
