Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns resolving issues and answering questions

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions

- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met and their questions have been answered

- Collaborate with team members to find solutions and improve processes

- Meet and exceed performance goals and targets set by the company

- Keep up-to-date with product and service knowledge to effectively assist customers

- Escalate complex or urgent issues to the appropriate department or supervisor

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required college degree preferred

- 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in using computer programs and systems

- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations

- Positive attitude and a strong desire to help others

- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends if needed
