Call Center Representative- IMMEDIATE NEED 15-16hr

Scope Services is seeking a responsible customeroriented Call Center Representative to handle appointment scheduling and support customers with their inquiries or concerns. This fully remote role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls professionally
• Schedule appointments and update customer accounts
• Provide clear information and handle questions with patience and empathy
• Meet call quality and productivity goals
• Work independently in a quiet home office
• Adapt quickly to changes in systems and procedures

Requirements

• Responsible self-directed and able to work independently
• Must be willing to work evenings and Saturdays
• Previous call center/customer service experience preferred
